A dolphin in spooky party????

Yep, the other day, there was A DOLPHIN IN THE SPOOKY PARTY!!!!!!
 

 The dolphin didn't swim or anything, it just g l i d e d!

This urged me on to see if I could find out how!
..but I tried and failed!
